The Biebs has spoken—or, rather, tweeted—and he’s crowned a new tween pop star: 13-year-old Madison Beer. A look through Beer’s increasingly active Twitter feed reveals the talented tween is, in fact, a bar mitzvah-going Member of the Tribe:
