Pesach.Matzah and Moror by Rob Hood©4-21-08
Pesach
The blood of the Pascal lamb was smeared
because the Angel of death, we feared.
Matzah
We had to get out of Egypt quick
so our bread didn't get very thick.
It didn't have the time to rise
and it's taste doesn't win any prize.
Moror
The overseers struck us with staves
because they regarded us
merely as slaves.
We were regularly very sad
since the Egyptians
treated us so bad.
